Some mornings, I feel like I could eat every item off the best brunch menu and others I just want something light. Those light days call for a green smoothie. Nothing major, just a couple of ingredients thrown into my bullet and served over ice. Easy to make, easy to clean up, and easy to take on the go!

Pineapple Green Smoothie

Easy to make green smoothie for those days when you have places to be and things to see 😉 AKA every day!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Pineapple Chunks
  • 1 cup Baby Spinach
  • Juice of 1/2 Lemon
  • 1 stalk Celery
  • 1/4 c Cilantro
  • 1 c Water

Instructions

  1. Place all of the ingredients in a blender or bullet.

  2. Blend, serve and enjoy 🙂
