Mixed up while listening to Needtobreathe – Count On Me

I love summer! There I said it! Ironic since I am a winter baby but gosh do I love the sun! Don’t get me wrong, I fully respect the sun and it’s rays! All about that SPF life! One of my favorite things to do is to enjoy a long easy breakfast and these breakfast bowls are perfect for that! I used a bit of maca powder, almond milk and mixed berries for the base of my bowl but feel free to get creative with yours! Make it as many different ways as you can and enjoy it to the max!

Easy to make, nutritious and delicious breakfast bowl!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c Organic Almond Milk
  • 1 c Mixed Berries
  • 1 tsp Maca Powder
  • 1/4 c Organic Puffed Brown Rice
  • 1/2 Banana chopped
  • 2 tbsp Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds

Instructions

  1. Blend the almond milk, berries and maca powder together until smooth. 

  2. In a small bowl, place the rice puffs and pour the berry mixture over it.

  3. Top with banana, coconut flakes, and chia seeds. Feel free to add more fun toppings 🙂
